First Gate Escape Location Under Construction at DFW Airport
As part of its expansion strategy, Gate Escape is currently under construction at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW), with the location expected to open later this year.
The DFW location represents the first phase of Gate Escape’s broader national airport expansion strategy.
As the company grows, travelers will be able to reserve Gate Escape spaces in advance through the company’s website and mobile app or book a space on demand at participating airport locations.
A Private Alternative to Crowded Airport Terminals
Each Gate Escape location is designed around four primary traveler needs: productivity, relaxation, entertainment and recovery.
Planned amenities include dual high-resolution monitors, premium noise-canceling headphones, ergonomic seating, access to streaming services and online games, device charging capabilities, and concierge-style support for food and beverage delivery from airport terminal vendors.
The model is intended to give travelers greater control over how they spend their time before a flight or between connections.
According to industry research, airport overcrowding remains a common source of frustration for travelers. Gate Escape’s private, on-demand spaces are designed to provide an alternative where travelers can work, recharge or simply unwind away from busy terminal seating areas.
